At the Atelier Chiang Mai Group, we know that it is not easy to produce your first collection in Asia. Because we believe in you, in your project and in your brand, we decide to accept small productions. We will be glad to assist you to create your first collection but we might need to ask you to work as hard as us ;). But no worries, we will give you the tools and templates to make the manufacturing process easy and flawless. For example, if you do not have your own technical drawing yet, we will advise you and give you the tools to make one with our basic technical drawing templates.
Minimum Order Quantity Clothes Production
At the Atelier Chiang Mai Clothing Manufacturing, we do not only produce for large brands. Our objective is to help young designer to produce their first collection or to help new label to make clothes in Asia.
Our Minimum Order quantity depends on the clothes that you would like to make but we usually, as we are not a small pattern making office, we do not produce less than 30 pieces per design (size mixed). But please feel free to contact us if you need to produce 20 pieces per designs, we will try our best to help you start your brand. Please keep in mind that the production costs decrease quickly with quantity and 30 pieces per designs is pretty easy to sell.
1. Technical Drawing
If you have technical drawings
If you already have your technical drawings, please feel free to contact us directly. We will then call you to further discuss your designs and project.
Basic Technical Drawing template
If you do not have created a technical drawing yet or if you do not know how to create one, we will gladly provide you with advice and with our own technical drawing template. Making a technical drawing is not really difficult and we can work with basic technical drawings. So no worry you do not need to be an experienced designer but an efficient technical drawing needs a great attention to detail, a little bit of understanding of fabric structure and some basic drawings skills.
Technical drawing service
If you do not know or want to make your own technical drawing, no worry, our designers can make a technical drawing for you. Of course this particular service is not free of charge for small scale production as it takes time and needs a good understanding of your project but it might be pretty cost
efficient. Please feel free to contact us for any particular request.
2. Fabric Sourcing
For small scale production, we can definitly help you source common fabrics such as plain polyester mix or natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, wool or silk. If you do need require special and particular fabric, we will be glad to put you directly in contact with the right fabric manufacturer. For small scale production, we do not source specific or rare fabrics and we do not design prints for free but our print designer and sourcing manager will be here to help you at every step of the process.
